Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers presenting novel contributions. Submissions should not be under consideration in any other conference or journal.
All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and selected high-quality papers may be recommended for publication in indexed journals. Papers must follow the prescribed format.
Guidelines for Paper Submission
Contributors are requested to follow the guidelines given below:
- Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers presenting novel contributions.
- Submissions should not be under consideration in any other conference or journal.
- All accepted papers will be included in the Springer Book and selected high-quality papers may be recommended for publication in indexed journals.
- Papers must follow the prescribed format ( Springer Paper Template for Windows and Mac ).
- The full paper should have 10-14 A4 pages including introduction, survey of literature, proposed work and result section. It excludes bibliography and appendices.
- Literature cited in the body of the paper should be in chronological order,
Review Process
- All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through double-blind review process, where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers.
- As an author, you are required to preserve the anonymity of your submission, while at the same time allowing the reader to fully grasp the context of related past work, including your own. Common sense and careful writing will go a long way towards preserving anonymity.
- Papers that do not conform to our double-blind submission policy will be rejected without review.
Paper Submission Process
- Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to BRAINCON.
- All the authors are required to have / create the account in Microsoft Conference management toolkit (Microsoft CMT) portal.
Submit Your Paper via CMT
- All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.
- The manuscripts should be submitted in PDF format. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email.
