Registration Fees

  • All attendees are required to register. The registration fees include access to all technical sessions, keynote addresses, conference proceedings, and social events. Please find the detailed fee structure below.

    Participants attending the conference as listeners can register under the following categories:

    Listener Registration Terms:

    1. Registration done under these categories is entitled only for Morning Tea & High Tea
    2. Separate coupon is to be purchased in order to participate in Networking Dinner
    3. Successfully registered listeners are entitled for listener kit (includes Tutorial folder, Notepad, Pen, Tutorial Scripts)
    4. Co-authors are not included and won't be considered under this registration category
    5. UG/PG Students and PhD Scholars will be considered under Research Scholar Category
    6. Registered candidates cannot claim for refund on their absence in the conference

    Registration Guidelines

    • At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the full rate (e.g., Academician, Industry Professional) by the camera-ready deadline to ensure the paper is included in the conference proceedings.
    • Student and Research Scholar registrations are only valid if accompanied by proof of full-time student status (e.g., a valid student ID card).
    • BRAIN members must provide their valid membership number during registration to avail of the discounted rates.
    • The registration fee is non-refundable.
